Mary A. Tichi, PhD, MBA

Dr. Mary Tichi PhD, MBA,  is the founder and owner of Micronostics, a consulting company focused on creating strategic paths to health, wellness, and overall personal and professional wellbeing. Her own trials and triumphs speak to those who have also been struggling and her experience gives a unique and valuable perspective that is easy to trust.  Mary's authorship was inspired after her two-year battle with lupus and breast cancer, a time that led her to clean eating, exercise, losing 75 pounds and acknowledgment of her own inner strength.  Mary received her BS in (Medical) Microbiology at the University of Washington, a doctorate in Microbiology (Plant Biotechnology) from The Ohio State University, and a Master’s of Business Administration from the Rady School of Management, University of California San Diego. Mary was born and raised in the great Pacific Northwest, in the Seattle, Washington, area. Since 2004, Mary has resided in the San Diego, California, area.
