Countess Adelheid von Schleppmeister is a gutsy old lady. It’s a good thing, too, because she as a knack for getting involved in the types of situations only Miss Marple would enjoy.

Now, for the first time, enjoy two of the Countess von Schleppmeister’s adventures in one book!

In The Jewel Heist, the Countess discovers her deceased husband wasn’t quite who he said he was. An accomplice to a jewel heist gone wrong, Otto hid the loot on the grounds of the von Schleppmeister castle. After a 14-year prison sentence, his partner—a notorious gang leader—is out, and looking for his score. “Tourists” are suddenly lurking around Adelheid’s home, and it’s up to her to ensnare these pesky crooks and put them back in prison where they belong!

The Cruise finds Countess Adelheid and her newly-found travel partner, a retired Catholic priest, sailing the seven seas. Her pleasure cruise quickly turns into high seas adventure when the body of a crewmember is pulled from the ocean. The Countess suspects foul play. Join in as she attempts to stem the tide of crime, catch an international counterfeiter, and solve what could be a grisly murder.
